Subscriptions & billing
Bass Caddy Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription.
- On iPhone/iPad: manage or cancel anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device, or in the App Store. Apple handles refunds — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- On web or Android (Stripe): manage your plan from Settings in the app.
Your data & privacy
You own your catch log. You can delete individual catches, or your entire account, from the app's Settings — deleting your account removes your profile, catches, photos, and chat history. For the full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Troubleshooting
Catches or photos aren't syncing
Check your connection — catches log offline and upload automatically once you're back online. If something's stuck, pull to refresh on your timeline or reopen the app.
Location or weather looks wrong
Make sure location access is enabled for Bass Caddy in your device settings. Some features (nearby spots, local conditions, auto-filled catch location) need it.
A photo didn't auto-fill the date or spot
Bass Caddy reads that from the photo's metadata. Photos taken outside your camera app, screenshots, or images with location turned off may not include it — you can always set the date and tap the map to place the spot by hand.
Feedback & feature requests
We build Bass Caddy for anglers, and the best ideas come from people on the water. If there's something you'd love to see, tell us at jquon@v1s10n.com.
