Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add to Bass Caddy — your catches, photos, notes, and locations. By using the app you grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content back to you (and to anyone you choose to share it with) so the app can work. We don't claim ownership of your catch log. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
Trademarks
"Bass Caddy" and the Bass Caddy logo are trademarks of Bass Caddy. You may not use them without our prior written permission. Other product and company names mentioned here or in the app may be the trademarks of their respective owners.
Permitted use
You may use Bass Caddy for your own personal, non-commercial fishing activities in accordance with our terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the app or its content without our written permission, except where the law expressly allows it.
Attributions
Bass Caddy is built with the help of third-party services and open data, used under their respective licenses:
- Map data provided by Google Maps and OpenStreetMap contributors.
- Weather data from public meteorological sources.
- Water-level data courtesy of the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
- Fonts Inter and Bricolage Grotesque, used under the SIL Open Font License.
Trademarks, service marks, and data referenced above belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and attribution only.
