Delete Your Account
Permanently remove your Bass Caddy account and all of your data.
You can delete your Bass Caddy account at any time. For your security, you must sign in to your own account to delete it — no one else can delete it for you.
How to delete your account
- Tap the button below and sign in with the same method you signed up with (email, Apple, or Google).
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
You'll be asked to sign in first. The delete option is in Settings once you're signed in.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your profile and sign-in credentials
- All of your catch logs, including locations, notes, and photos
- Your chat history with the assistant
- Your recommendations and feedback
- Your subscription records on our servers
Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered. We don't retain a copy after deletion, except where we're required to keep limited records to meet legal or accounting obligations.
Before you delete: cancel your subscription
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription billed through the App Store or Stripe. To stop future charges, cancel first:
- iPhone/iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or in the App Store.
- Android & web: subscriptions are billed through Stripe (not Google Play). Open the app, go to Settings, and unsubscribe there — this cancels your Stripe subscription. Do this before deleting your account.
Can't sign in?
If you've lost access to your account and can't sign in to delete it yourself, email us and we'll verify your identity and remove your account and data for you:
